It is impossible for a researcher to know what the customer is already acquainted with. You could have mentioned the earlier "someone else's Google question" if you thought it was relevant to your question. Further, what are "easy obvious answers" to some are beyond the searching capabilities of others. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the type of personalization that's offered by the sites I included. This is where clarifying your question would have helped. I spent several hours to locate sites that offered the kind of services you asked for.

In cases like these and by experience, usually CEOs do not give out personal contact information. Would general company contact information be ok?
Plus based on initial research some companies do not readily give out the pricing structure and at times the CEO info is not there. Would we just eliminate from the list any online diet plans that do not have one or more of these info or we just include them and take a note of it?

I?ve also been researching your question and I?m finding quite a lot of information. I?m also finding it extremely difficult to extract only the minimal information you listed:
1) online diet plan name,
2) CEO name,
3) contact information,
4) pricing.
I?m also wondering how many diet plans you expect. It?s difficult to get ?all? of anything.
It would help to know what is your objective in gathering this list. It?s fairly easy to gather a list of diet programs. It takes more effort to qualify whether they offer an online version. My preliminary search also shows that finding pricing information is very difficult because these sites tend to offer a variety of pricing programs and many of them require you to register first before they tell you about their options. It?s almost easier to search outside their websites to find the pricing information from customer reviews. Finding contact information is also surprisingly difficult with some of these sites if you want something beyond the general press or info e-mail address.
