I am 13 and 5'9 and weigh 167. I hate the way I look, and I want rid of my fat. But if I give my body nutrients from pills or vitamins, will I still be anorexic?That's a healthy weight...uhm, duh.Yeah you're body needs way more than that.
You need something to produce energy..
Just work out if your that worried about it
But I think you're a normal size.

Try drinking all water, no soda, junk food or sugary foods
Dont take the easy way out and worse way outThe whole point of anorexia is not eating. Taking vitamins will NOT help your body get the nutrients it needs, nor will it not make you anorexic if you stop eating. If you want to lose weight, do it the healthy way by eating fruits and vegetables, lean meats, limit your fast food/junk food, cut out sodas and drink lots of water, and most important, do some exercising. Good luck.You will still be UNHEALTHY and going about losing weight in a stupid way.First of all you aren't anorexic...far from it. Secondly,,,if you want to lose weight you have to eat balanced meals and exercise regularly. You are 13 for crying outloud. Anorexia is a condition that warps your mind into thinking your fat. That is still anorexia, because anorexia is not about not eating, it's about seeing your body in a way that you aren't happy with, and you're so desperate to make yourself look skinnier, you'll do anything to get there. Nutrients doesn't really have much to do with it. You need to eat to live, and just the nutrients won't help all that much. Have you tried eating healthy and exercising daily? It works wonders and it will make you healthier than you can get by starving yourself. Yes, you should eat actual food not pills.
Just eat healthy food like fruits and veggies and do some exercising. Drink water too.That isn't enough to keep you alive...you need food. And yes you'd be considered anorexicabsolutely, and it wouldn't give you the results you want! have you tried asking about a nutritionist at school? you could lose weight and still be healthy! but not by failing to eat. Yes, you will. Your body needs nutrients from food, not just a pill, and starving yourself can lead to I can't even count how many problems. Fainting. Cardiovascular health. Respiratory problems. Organ failure. These are just a few. There is not panacea for loosing weight, you have to work at it. Don't just going looking for the easy way out. Eat healthier, and, this is incredibly important to weight loss, exercise.
